November 2019
The Farmers Leap winery’s growing reputation for making outstanding wines has been enhanced by dual scores of 96 points from the judges at the Limestone Coast Wine Show in October.
The 2015 Farmer Leap Shiraz (Judges comment: Vibrant & fresh. Creamy oak. Intense colour. Youthful, Rich & Opulent. Very well made) & the 2016 Random Shot Shiraz (Judges comment: Dark blue fruits. Cold meats. Dense & Rich. Layers of decadent flavour & a long finish) were both awarded the outstanding score of 96 and were the top of their class in both categories. 96 points was the equal highest score awarded at the event.
